By booking tours one agrees to the following:
Health
Be physically and mentally able to participate. If you have any mobility limits, food allergies or any other situation that might affect the tour please let us know so that we will try to cater as much as possible, it is in our interest to assure safety and comfort during the tour. Failure to do so will result in creating problems and/or risk of injuries, for which neither guides nor Journey Malta will be held responsible.
Responsibility and Conduct
During tours, guests must take full responsibility with regards to safety. Journey Malta and the representative guides will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages or death that may incur. Guests are highly recommended to buy a travel insurance that would cover any eventualities.
Guests must have full responsibility of their personal belongings. Journey Malta and the representative guides cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss and/or damage to the participants belongings.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly therefore alcohol consumption or use of drugs is strictly prohibited during tours. Should guests ignore such important points he/she will be expelled from the tour and the money that was paid for the tour will not be refunded.
Recordings and photos
No recordings or filming are permitted. Should one wish to take photos to be used in social media kindly ask consent from the guide.
Adult supervision
Participants under 17 years of age should always be accompanied by an adult.
Insurance
It is highly recommended that guests have a travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, for loss of baggage or personal belongings. It is also recommended to have a medical and personal insurance to cover any medical expenses.
Personal data
All personal data will be kept extremely confidential. It will only be kept in our database and won’t be distributed to any third party.
Payment
A 20% deposit is requested to secure a booking. This can be made either by PayPal, Revolut or bank transfer. In case you prefer any other method of payment please let us know.
Cancellation
If the guest decides to cancel 72hrs before the tour he/she will receive a full refund.
Should the tour be cancelled by Journey Malta or the guide due to any unforeseen circumstances or due to extreme weather conditions you will be informed immediately and given two options. First option will be of an alternative date for the tour, if this won’t be possibly for any reason you will receive a full refund.
